Physiotherapy at Workstrong

Physiotherapy is at the core of what we do at WorkStrong. Our experienced physiotherapists diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using safe, effective, evidence-based, best-practice, hands-on treatment.

Every patient receives a thorough initial assessment to understand the nature and extent of your condition, your goals, and any contributing lifestyle factors. From this, we develop a personalised treatment plan that may include:

  • Manual therapy — joint mobilisation and manipulation, soft tissue techniques
  • Tailored exercise prescription for strength, flexibility and function
  • Education and self-management strategies
  • Postural assessment and correction
  • Dry needling and electrotherapy where appropriate
  • Workplace and ergonomic assessments
